Become A Sponsor

Each year, our event brings together families, friends, local businesses, and runners in a celebration of community. Through our sponsorship program, businesses have the opportunity to play an important role in preserving and growing this community tradition while helping create an exceptional experience for every participant.

Our mission is to promote health, encourage active lifestyles, and strengthen the connections that make our community special. With the support of our sponsors and volunteers, we continue to provide a welcoming event that people of all ages look forward to year after year.

We offer a variety of partnership opportunities, including financial sponsorships, in-kind donations, and promotional and media partnerships. Every contribution helps offset event expenses, enhance the participant experience, and ensure this cherished community event continues to thrive for years to come.

I like this approach because it positions sponsorship as an investment in the community, not just in a 5K. That message tends to resonate particularly well with local businesses, civic organizations, banks, healthcare providers, and community-minded companies looking to support something that has a lasting local impact.

Financial

A financial sponsor is a business or organization that provides monetary support to help fund the event in exchange for valuable marketing and promotional opportunities. This is the most common form of event sponsorship.

How it works

Financial contributions help cover the many costs associated with producing a successful event, including permits, participant shirts, finisher medals, awards, timing services, marketing, refreshments, signage, and other race-day expenses.

In return, sponsors receive a customized package of promotional benefits that may include logo placement, on-site visibility, digital marketing exposure, social media recognition, website listings, participant guide advertising, and other brand-building opportunities.

Each sponsorship level includes a clearly defined set of benefits, ensuring sponsors receive meaningful recognition while supporting a valued community tradition.

In-Kind

An in-kind sponsor supports the event by donating products, services, or resources instead of making a financial contribution. These donations help reduce event expenses while providing valuable support that enhances the participant experience.

In-kind contributions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Food and beverages
  • Volunteer support
  • Equipment or tent rentals
  • Venue or facility use
  • Professional services
  • Printing and promotional materials
  • Giveaways, awards, and raffle prizes
  • Event supplies and other race-day resources

Every in-kind contribution plays an important role in helping us deliver a high-quality community event while making the most of our sponsorship resources.
